ENROLLMENT OPTIONS AND ADMISSIONS

Step 1
Conundrums response
We encourage you to upload a video (preferred) or audio file showcasing the child's response to the designated question. We are eager to gain insight into their thought process. Please avoid using scripts, and rest assured that production quality is not a concern. Your child's response is what matters most!
Step 2
Consult with a Mentor and Interview
Our Academic Advisors can assist you throughout the application journey, address your inquiries, and confirm that Kofçaz Pedagogy suits your child.
We will outline our school's philosophy, teaching methods, curriculum, and community. Families will also receive detailed information about the 1001-day service program, which promotes self-discipline.
A)Candidates applying to the school will meet with one of the senior officials for an interview. The candidate's sincerity about this commitment is evaluated in detail.
Step 3
Family Letter
We are eager to learn more about your family. Please share your vision for an ideal school experience and what you expect from Kofçaz Pedagogy. We welcome answers in any language.
Step 4
Complete the Enrollment Form
Please complete the online enrollment form and supply us with essential information about the applicant.
This step is vital for gaining insight into the applicant's needs and goals.
Please fill out the applications directly on this page by February 15, 2025, at the latest.
The application deadlines are September 15, 2025, for enrollment in February 2026 and March 15, 2026, for enrollment in September 2026.
STEP 5
3 days observation
After accepting the conditions and completing all procedures, the applicant will be in the kitchen for three days to observe and decide if they can remain in the school.
The applicant observes the life and services other students perform for three days, speaking only when necessary.
If both parties reach a positive conclusion after three days of observation, reflection, and assessment, applicants can proceed to the step sixt.
Step 6
18 days trial
After three days of observation, students will participate in a comprehensive onboarding process to learn more about our school, familiarize themselves with our lifestyle, and integrate into our community.
Applicants immediately begin their 18-day trial and serve 18 days before completing enrollment.
Step 7
Official Admissions Decision
After evaluating the 18-day trial, we will make a formal decision. We carefully review each step to determine whether we can offer an environment where your child can thrive.
The Final Interview and Student Onboarding
Students who complete 18 days of service successfully are then handed over to the Executive Chef, also known as "Aşçı Dede," for the final interview.
The final enrollment occurs if the candidate is considered ready after spending 18 full days in active service with other students.
Finally
First Day of Classes
From the very first day, your child will participate in engaging classes, build connections with their peers, and begin their journey of exploration and growth.

Assisting educators and leaders in developing cultural and pedagogical skills to enhance learning achievements.
This initiative serves as a resource for cultural competencies for all educators and leaders across various educational sectors, aiming to enhance the abilities of a new generation of schools.
Participants will explore Indigenous perspectives and learn how to integrate them into their teaching methods. Basmala-Led, wisdom based, Kofçaz Pedagogy offers a fresh viewpoint on Our Code and our Standards.
KP is a culturally sustaining professional development program that motivates, encourages, and supports educators, their families, and communities. It is crafted to be adaptable, reflective, and responsive to the specific needs of individual schools, Early Learning Services (ELS), and educators. We acknowledge the significance of customizing our approach to achieve the most significant effect through collaborative relationships, leadership, and tools.
We will offer a series of webinars throughout the year to provide further assistance. This time will be used to connect with educators, leaders, centers, and schools to exchange effective practices and tackle challenges that arise from our work.
Structure
Our teaching approach will be delivered through a blended method of in-school or in-center support, regional face-to-face workshops, and online sessions.
The course will be co-created and tailored to suit the needs of each school, allowing you to benefit from a collaborative learning community that grows together.
GUIDELINES
-
Adabarkan: This term encompasses the principles and etiquette that should be observed.
It is the name given to the etiquette that the school community, regardless of age or position, must follow.
In this context, adhering to adabarkan is the primary source or starting point for achieving a successful outcome. Therefore, maintaining adabarkan is of great importance.
“Adabarkan” refers to practices accepted with genuine conviction and wholehearted approval, while rigid rules are often followed out of fear. These rigid rules are easily broken at the first opportunity, exposing their illusory nature.
-
"Ikrar" refers to the promise made by a student to the executive elder that they will adhere to all the AdabErkan* of the school.
Applicants older than 13 who have completed the 18-day enrollment process must promise to maintain the school's code of conduct.
A ceremonial gathering is organized to facilitate this process. During the meeting, elders guide the new students in defining the requirements of this method.
They also ask the students to pledge to uphold the principles of "keeping their hands, waist, and tongue in check."
This ceremony signifies that a young person, regardless of gender, has reached a stage where they fully embrace their identity and take responsibility for their actions.
